Made it through another week... this one was just kind of blah. Nothing major happened, no one was nasty and so far I haven't done anything special. Ok, that's not quite true...
Assuming I can get my crap in gear, I attended a Graduate School info session for the Masters in Social Work program at the University of MN. I know what I want to do and this program feels like it will be a perfect fit. My only concern is that most of my experience is in corporate and they want a minimum of a year in human services... I will have to discuss that a bit more to see how I can work that all into my personal statement.
The bunny is gone, I am sad! I had told my mom that I would find a bunny she got from a friend a good home. My roommates wanted to keep him but landlord (my roommmate's sister) vetoed that plan. Anyway, it made me realize that I want a pet and now I am considering a dog. Of course, landlord (Roommmate and his sister) can't seem to give me an answer on that one. Why is it a big deal? When I moved in the same roommate had a dog, an old decrepit, half blind and deaf dog that peed everywhere! so why can't they give me an answer.
In other news, I have been knitting, just not anything I can take pictures of, I am test knitting a shawl for a book my friend is working on... it has been a challenge but an enjoyable one.
